Well, like I said when I created this blog we'll see how consistent I am about keeping this up to date... it's been over a week already! The majority of my post will happen at work and I have had sort of a mini vacation so I have not been posting. The way my schedule works is I work 10 days then get 4 days off, sometimes the 10 days seems long but it all soooo worth it to get the 4 days off in a row. Especially with my schedule since I work graveyards when I am off for just one night it usually just messes up my schedule.
This week I got off for 6 days in a row! Unfortunately my mini vacation was not my choice...first off, I am 7 months prego due in a little over 10 weeks. on Monday night / Tuesday morning when I was at work I started having a little cramping not really any pain, it was more just uncomfortable. So I already had a regular Dr appt for that afternoon and decided I would just mention it then. At the appt the Dr was not too concerned but said she did not want me to work that night and that I should come back the next morning for an ultrasound just to be safe. So that got me off on Tuesday night. Wednesday morning I go to get the ultrasound and though they did not find anything wrong they thought it would be in mine and the baby's best interest to not work that night either, especially since I was going to start my 4 days off the next night. Two days Dr order off + my regular 4 days got me 6 days in a row! I am really excited that nothing is wrong with the baby, besides the obvious health issues i am really just not ready for this baby yet, nothing is set up and I have tons of things to still buy. (although sometimes I feel like it would be nice to be done being prego, I am getting so huge!) I hate calling in, it is just one of those things I try to avoid. Davis was so cute over this all and wanted to wait on me hand and foot, he is already so protective over this baby it should be interesting when he comes out.
I am so tired tonight after being off for so many nights in a row I forget what it is like to have to be up all night while everybody else is sleeping...
Lot's of other things happened this week and I will need to update about those but I am to tired right now and that was probably the most important.
